Sunshine and "Hidden" Mickey

Up and at 'em at 6:00am. After I got Elijah off to school I sat down next to a pile of puppies by the hot fire. Aren't they cozy? Nice place to read the morning paper and have some coffee. Loaded the dishwasher, did a little cleaning and then got to sewing while everyone else was fast asleep.

Look at Miss Daisy soaking in the sunshine.

Lots of shadows across the front yard.

I would have like it to be a little warmer, but I guess that isn't coming for a few more weeks. It was awfully windy so it felt even cooler than this.

There's my greenhouse waiting for a new "coat of plastic". I can re-do the plastic each spring for twenty years for the same cost as sheeting it. Hopefully some day, but for now this will work just fine.

Lucas fresh out of the tub.

I finished the apron and had a willing model to show it off to you. I made this for a pay-it-forward project so now it needs to get into the mail!

Olivia's bedtime snack. *~*~*Tink*~*~* can you find the hidden Mickey? :)

Ended the night watching Four Christmases and blogging. It's sneaking up on midnight so I'd better start heading to bed. Hope your day was a great as mine!!

LOL! I'm very busy with work and a little behind on my Google Reader these days, but eventually I catch on. You should come on down and we'll get the folks at the Sanibel Cafe to make you a "hidden" Mickey waffle - to DIE for!

thanks for the smiles,
