What did I say about fours days in a row off? Not quite! Friday morning started with an early meeting at the counselor with Elijah and touching base with the admin. getting everything all lined up.
I got home and had a few hours to clean. We had moved the guinea pigs over by the fire thinking they would like it and get snuggled more. Instead I hardly make a fire because I am always running to take care of stuff for Elijah so they’ve been sitting in the dark. Not happy pigs so I brought them back over by the couch and we have a lot of squealing going on now!
Time went by too fast and before I knew it, it was time to pick up Elijah and Lucas. We ran an errand and then went to the Christmas Concert at U-Park.
Isn’t she always the happiest little girl?
Even in the crowd you can spot that smile. She was excited we were (almost) all there….Homer, Elijah, Lucas, Grandma Debbi and myself. Emily wasn’t at school and was bummed she missed it. I had a big rant about it, but what’s the point?
Such a beautiful person inside and out.
After the concert I took Elijah and Lucas to get haircuts. Lucas wanted a faux Mohawk and Elijah is working on a mullet (really?) and got some racing stripes on the side.
The Little's and I took the guinea pigs out to play. Funny little creatures.
Flower is so nosy.
Sarafina is a little more stand-off-ish.
Well, I just checked outside and no one is plowing snow for me so I’d better get a move on. I am beyond sluggish this morning and now it is almost after noon!
