Happy 5th Birthday Olivia!!

Warning: the following photos are of poor quality.
Note to self: check the camera to make sure it is on the right setting before taking birthday photos.

Sunday was Little Miss Olivia's 5th birthday. Homer and I are so completely blessed by this little girl with her bubbly personality and infectious smile. She brings so much joy to our home.

We dressed up to go and see a play, but when we got there it was sold out so we went to the movies instead.

We went to see The Frog and The Princess. It was cute.

Olivia made her own cake this year. Blue frosting for the ocean and a mermaid swimming in it.

We had a family party with my niece Tisha and her girls Jadyn and Justise, Grandma Debbi, Grandpa Hutch and the seven of us. If you are wondering, Grandma and Grandpa aren't mine or Homer's parents, but they have been grandparents to my children for the last 16 years so they are as close to family as you can get.

Olivia's birthday made me realize just how close she is to going to school. The next few months of having her all to myself is even that much more important.

Love Olivia's dress. You mentioned Grandma and Grandpa who aren't "blood" grandparents. We are too. We have been grandma and grandpa to our two god kids for 20 years now.
