Not Me Monday

Thanks to MckMama for hosting a meme that lets me unload all those things I may or may not have done this past week! :)

I am sure that I did not let Emily paint in a good sweatshirt. Not me!

Or let Olivia paint in a good dress...

Or let Lucas ruin a pair of pants painting! (What is up with that face ALWAYS being dirty!). Nope, Not me!

I didn't spend several hours at a meet taking 200 photos of these wrestlers when my son didn't even get to wrestle. Why would I worry about the other parents? Not me!

I also didn't drive 13 miles to a hockey rink to take 200 photos of 4-7 year olds (that I don't even know). I'm not going to edit those photos and I am not going to put them on this website for free because I can't say no. Nope, not me! If I was going to do this in the middle of being so terribly busy with my own stuff I would at least make some money at it. Wouldn't I?

I did not run out of diapers last night and send my husband to the van to see if he could find one on the floor. What kind of mother would run out of diapers? And spend quite some time thinking of anything possible to keep from going to the store? Mr. White may or may not have found two diapers delaying the trip to the store until this morning.

I did not tell my three teenage boys that since they couldn't shovel the sidewalk for me I wouldn't be able to do their laundry for them. Not me! I would never separate their dirty clothes from the rest of the families, put them in their own baskets and put the baskets in their rooms. Could you imagine? I also didn't assign them each their own laundry day to wash, dry and fold their own stuff.

And while I was at it I didn't assign them each a dishes day just for fun. Not me! I have very spoiled boys who rarely do anything...if I were to pile on the chores it would kill them!

I'm pretty sure I would never do any of the things mentioned above, but if I did I'm also pretty sure I have a very good excuse!
