Christmas Edition meme

I am doing this because Stace did it and it is a good excuse to take a break from making the wrestling program! (Oh, look...it has 25 questions just like Christmas is on the 25th! Imagine that!)

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Paper...gift bags are way too expensive.
2. Real tree or Artificial? Artificial. I had real when I was a kid, but I just can't deal with the mess and our trees look like Charlie Brown trees.
3. When do you put up the tree? I want to do it the day after Thanksgiving, but I don't know...maybe I won't even put one up this year. There isn't room upstairs and the downstairs isn't finished.
4. When do you take the tree down? Day after Thanksgiving because Elijah's birthday is the 28th and I don't want him sharing it with Christmas.
5. Do you like eggnog? Yes.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? I got a ping pong table once. That was pretty cool. (Stace...I got a Canon AE-1, too. Don't use it though.)
7. Hardest person to buy for? Homer. He never seems to really like (or use) anything we get him. I don't think he's getting anything this year.
8. Easiest person to buy for? Nick or Elijah. I could buy a million things for them and they would love them all. Cody never uses anything I get him so it is a struggle to pick out something for him because he'll just stick in the closet. Emily's dad spoils her so she doesn't appreciate much. Of course, the babies are easy, too.
9. Do you have a nativity scene? No...well, yes...my brother gave me one, but I don't set it up.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards ? Mail about 60 or so. Get about ten back. That's depressing.
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I don't think I've ever gotten a bad gift.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Frosty the Snowman
13. When do you start shopping for? Ummmm, last Christmas. I'm always shopping, but the bulk of it will happen Christmas Eve. As the stores close. In a panic.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? I recycle presents all the time...you know, regifting rather than wasting.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Fruit salad....ham...pumpkin pie...mashed potatoes...I love to eat!
16. Lights on the tree? Yes, sometimes white, sometimes colored.
17. Favorite Christmas song? Silver Bells.
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay home, but if someone wanted to buy my family tickets to Hawaii we would go.
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? We have done both.
21. Open presents on Christmas Eve or morning? Christmas morning. I hate the Christmas Eve thing. Screws with Santa.
22. Most annoying thing about this time of year? The crowded stores.
23. Favorite ornament: Plastic angel (but I thought it was wax when I was a child) I've been putting on the tree my whole life.
24. Favorite for Christmas dinner? Wine.
25. What do you want for Christmas this year? Pans that actually have some of that no-stick stuff left on them!
