Football Scrimmage

Last night we headed out to North Pole for a football scrimmage between our JV C players (the guys who don't get too much field time) against what was supposed to be the NP JV C players, but was instead their starting JV. Apparently, their coach missed the whole point of getting game time for those who don't, instead going for the win. None-the-less, my boys had a great time playing...and that is what it is all about. That smile!

I took a lot of photos last night, but it seems there was always a lot of traffic between the lens and Cody. Here Cody is going after the player running the ball.

There are a multitude of reasons as to why I would not make a good football player, and this is one of them. That is Nick at the bottom of the pile after running the ball. I would completely freak out about that.

The boys got to play under the lights...that was pretty cool.
