Day 3....(day 2 below)
The boys paired up and built a fire. Lucas was a rock star at it and won the competition.
Then they got BB Shooting safety lessons.
Look how he lays.... like a pro.
It was also our day for archery. This little guy is good at whatever he does just like Elijah was.
When they were waiting to shoot I had them stand on these pillars playing Survivor. LOL Not sure the other adults thought it was okay, but they stood still and quiet forever!
My days don't end with camp. Went straight to a birthday party at a park for one of my Scouts.
Then I had to tend to the gardens late into the night. I tell you, I was wore out and looking forward to camp being over.
Finally got the newspaper and wood chips down on the 100 ft+ bed down the ditch.
Slowly the grass is coming along. Fertilizer would be a big help, but 3 weeks later I still haven't picked any up. Such an off year for me.

What a wonderful camp, well done Lucas, and Gayle, extra well done!1 Look at those petunia flowers, and the glasshouse, suddenly all is growing so fast. Sleep well, greetings from Jean
Wow. That little sweetheart with his bow. That is impressive form!
Lucas is SO awesome!!! You are amazing giving him all these experiences! He will treasure his childhood. Not like the computer game generation.
Your gardening prowess makes me blush in shame. I used to love gardening but since Himself and I can't agree on anything lately, I kind of gave up...:-(
