Extreme Cuteness

I spent a lot of time in my truck yesterday. Actually, it was 72 miles worth of back and forth, traffic lights, parking lots, in and out of the truck….a lot of time. It’s about 10 miles from my house to the schools or store and I was lucky enough to drive in three times!

Lucas had basketball practice last night. He screams cuteness although I’m sure he’d rather I used words like fast or tough, but for now, I’ll stick to cute.

There he is in the middle (they were scrimmaging) scoring a basket.

This group is K-2nd and it is an introductory program to basketball. He’s definitely the smallest one out there, but he’s one of the most aggressive. Granted he may not win the battle for the ball due to size/weight, but he doesn’t back down. I hope he stays interested in sports. He’s going to be fun to watch like Elijah was.

Tonight he has a game. Then Thursday he has his first soccer practice and a game on Saturday. Reminds me of the boys… every night there was some activity to be at. My life is about to get a whole lot busier.

And more extreme cuteness…. how about my little Sophie. She goes nuts when she sees a ball. Isn’t she just scruffy looking? Definitely in need of a bath.

He may be a natural basketball player. Plus all those years of watching Elijah play has probably rubbed off a little. Gosh is he cute!

Sophie looks like she is supposed to look. Why does she need so many baths?
