Helpers

Were you up and reading my posts this morning? If you missed it before I deleted just know I'm really tired of going to meetings and the court house, and of all the bad stuff in life.

My helpers.....

My mom has been in the hospital. She's reached a point where her lungs just don't work anymore. My sister-in-law has been taking care of her the last ten years, and now it is time to take her home to die. I will fly to California in the morning to help her.

God never gives us more than we can handle. He must think I'm really strong.

oh man Gayle! All I can say is you are a GREAT Mom and wife. You do the best you can with what you can, heck it seems like you go above and beyond ALL the time!! Please know that spitting in someone's face is considered assault in our city! I will be thinking of you constantly, you have so much going on right now. Your Mom will be in my prayers as well as you for strength.

Ouch. You have quite a load to carry. What does Elijah think about all this?

Well, I read your original post this morning and I've thought about you & your family all day. More hugs, more positive thoughts and prayers for you, your family and your mum.

You have some very sweet helpers, and Lord knows you can use the help with all that you have on your plate.
I'm so sorry about your mom. I hope she finds peace without too much suffering. Stay safe in your travels.

Hang in there. When you get back home, maybe you should think about making your life a little easier. .. Don't move so many rocks, plant so many gardens, etc. You wear me out!

I'm sorry about your mother. It will be hard, but those of us who have been through it understand and those who have not had to go through it yet are lucky.

OMG-What the heck now? I didn't get a chance to read the earlier post, but apparently it wasn't good. I am so sorry about your mom, but I'm glad you're getting a chance to fly down and see her. We are praying for you.

Sometimes you have to "let it all out."

Just hope your life calms down on a few fronts.

Sorry about your Mom.

i read the original post and kept it open to return and comment... i admire your strength to keep on keeping on, and loving your husband and kids so much, and working so hard. i am younger than you, and i think of you as someone i'd like to be like when i grow up. i sincerely hope and pray that things become smoother for you and your kids, and that you never lose your ability to see the good around you, through all the ugly. you have a good heart.

So many hugs coming your way! I tend to agree with my very wise daughter - life isn't fair. You deserve a break from all the BS. And so much of it is just that - BS. The past week has been a real challenge for our family, but never have we had to endure the likes of what you and your family have gone through. Please keep your chin up, and realize that you are very strong!! Sending thoughts and prayers!!! XXX
