Mellow Yellow Monday & Blue Monday

When considering Mellow Yellow Monday and Blue Monday, I couldn't think of anything more perfect than the colors painted by Mother Nature. The drive to Valdez was full of both.

Rich blue skies and bright yellow leaves lined the the road we travelled.

The Trans-Alaska Pipeline system (TAPS) above ground.

The snow-capped mountains stood out on blue skies.

There was the most beautiful full moon on the drive down to Valdez.

Things clouded up some for the drive home, but there was still a lot of blue in the ice of the glacier.

I love the fall yellows.

I love your photos and I recognize most of the locations. I lived in Anchorage for years and traveled the state on business.

I saw a photo below taken in front of Ft. Greely, my hubby has a photo of me sitting on the tank. We were dating then, he proposed shortly after that day.
