This is the setting sun on our way back from last nights football game in North Pole. Isn't is beautiful? I think this has to be the second best sunset I've ever seen. The first being the one I saw three years ago over the ocean in Florida. (The way the sun goes "into" the ocean is amazing). It was all I could do to not share this last night and save it for Sky Watch Friday. By-the-way you can check out more awesome skies here.

That is a pretty dramatic sunset. I love all the warm fiery colour. Happy SWF.
Wow. This is an intense scene. I don't see how you stayed on the road.
My Sky Watch Friday blog is at my
Canon Pixels blog. If you have time I would appreciate your having a look at the sky peeking through the oak tree leaves./a>
Gayle,
That sky IS incredible! What a blessed girl you are to have seen it!
PS-Thanks for all your encouraging words!
