Congratulations to Cody! I thought you had written jelly not jerky, (sort of spacey this morning) and I sat her for a bit trying to figure out what moose jelly could possibly be. I decided it was probably not something you would want on your toast.
Not bad at all, though frankly it looks like quite the mess. Are you going to have the head mounted? Hey, it's like bronzing booties.
How exciting! I still remember the excitement around our house when my younger brother took down his first elk...Thanks for your comment on my blog :)
