Broken. Abandoned. Missed?

Look what Nick and Emily carried home. Apparently the victim of the snow plow or inattentive driver this road sign has seen better days. Of course, they were so proud of the treasure they found buried in the ditch, but I rained on their parade. My taxes buy those signs. It will have to be replaced so the fire trucks and ambulances can find their way. I'll be calling the road commissioner to come and pick it up. It's the right thing to do.
