You're making miss Alaska! Gorgeous colors, enjoy for me. We lived on Kodiak for 3 glorius years. Then they (Coast Guard) made us leave :~(...;~) Left my heart there. Have a great week! *hugs*deb
oh my!! I will NOT be showing these pictures to Allan. He's already on me almost daily about moving *somewhere* up north. I know he'll never go back to Alaska, but the word "Pennsylvania" has been thrown around this house more than a few times in recent weeks. I shudder to think.
BUT...they are BEAUTIFUL pictures and it really does look gorgeous!
The words beautiful and breathtaking seem to keep being repeated here. What else can you say? Well, maybe gorgeous! Your photography is great. Thanks for letting me visit Alaska. Great MYM entry.
Gorgeous!!! I truly miss Fall in the north!! We don't get to see the beautiful changing colors, nor feel the crisp clear morning air.... It's still cracking 100 here!! But we certainly have seen some decrease in our nighttime temps, which is a definite sign of cooler times ahead.
Oh my...frost on the flowers already. Beautiful, but brrrr! I'm not ready!!! Last winter was a tough one (huge, unusual, extended freeze and snowfall), so I'm trying to postpone the onset of fall/winter for as long as I can. The fall colors on your trees are amazing! Ours are just now starting to get the first tinges of fall color on them. And an unexpected first-full-day-of-fall delight: it's supposed to be 90 here today!

What beautiful photographs. The yellow of the birch leaves against the blue sky is a work of art. I hope you are having a wonderful day.
All your photos are breathtaking. What a beautiful sight to wake up to in the mornings. However, most everything in Alaska is lovely.
Wow, we are just in the first stages of the leaves turning color.
It's beautiful..I love it. Iknow you love your summer though.

Fall, with a vengeance! It's gorgeous, although you all look like you're freezing at that football game.
That proves fall exists! Those are such beautiful yellows against blue sky! So nice...
What lovely scenery! I especially loved the trees.

That flower picture was stunning. You provided a much needed smile today. Thank you.
What fabulous photos and views! Stunning place--not sure I'd like my flowers to freeze quite so early though...
Beautiful shots and your leaves are turning so soon. I love fall though.
