Winter Wonderland

I bet you are as sick of looking at these steps as I am shovelling them! Going at it for the third time last night! Of course, it's a giant snowdrift around the corner that I have even attempted to tackle!

***Mute the music on the side bar***
This is a video of Wild Man Roscoe.
Notice the dead calm of silently falling snow yesterday.

Now watch the video of our windy morning. It is blowing and cold....they say 30 mph gusts, but it feels like it is non-stop! I really don't want to do any shovelling today!Elijah's bus was an hour and forty minutes late! I should have just driven him in!

I've just been catching up on the last couple of snowy days. My goodness! You have to be going nuts by now, being in the house with wee people and doggies. If it was me, I'd be baking up fattening foods like crazy. I always loved to bake when we had snow. :-) If I had lived where you do, I wouldn't have been able to get through the doorway by Spring. Ha, ha! That big lap dog, cracked me up!

When will it ever stop? Today it started melting again so hopefully we are done for this year.

Those stairs sure do look formidable. At least you have Roscoe's antics to give you a laugh.

I don't know how you do it. I would be soooooo sick of snow and winter by now. I love Roscoe though. He must keep you amused through all this.

That wind is LOUD coming through the trees - and I think I hear wind chimes, too?

Stay warm!

Funny to see this because as I type we are getting snow. From an area of Oregon where we usually get rain and lots of it this year has been pretty strange.
