Movie and A Hat

After sharing my dinner with the Wee People we watched Mamma Mia! Who knew we'd like a musical? We did.

Nick asked me to make him a hat in Rasta colors (skateboards) so I made this while watching the movie. It will be waiting for him when he returns from the Bahamas.
How was your Valentine's?

I laughed when I came to visit your blog this morning. I came to read your "Your Gonna Miss this post" and saw the similarites in our lives.

We both have many children.

We both like to knit..hats are my speciality right now too.

We both watched Mama Mia this weekend.

We both had grilled steaks for valentines and chose to be with our families (working on that post right now).

And we both live in the "great white north" (I am in Canada and it's darn cold today!)

Thanks for visiting my blog. I have to bookmark you now!

I love that hat! YOU DID IT WHILE YOU WERE WATCHING ONE MOVIE???? Excuse me while pick up my jaw! Impressive! I love the colors! so is the movie "kid friendly"? We like musicals! I saw this one, but the cover didn't attract me to thinking it would be kid appropriate! I know, don't judge a musical by it's cover! :)

I've been wanting to see that movie. I didn't catch it when it first came out.

I LOVE that hat and I'm with Pam. I can't believe you did it in one movie. Man, lady, you need to go into the business and make some money off of these skills. And just think of all the movies you could watch! LOL.

That really is a great hat - my mother made thousands and thousands of hats while she was alive, and NOT ONE was a hat I could have worn. She just couldn't get the sizing right, many of them ended up on dolls. Your hats are beautiful. And I really liked Mama Mia, too.

Very cool hat! I'm very impressed that it was made during a movie!

I saw Mamma Mia! on Broadway a couple of years back - one of my brothers sent me and my mom and my SILs in a limo to see it! It was so extravagant of him, and we loved it. I think it helps that we all know the songs from our youthful days glued to the radio.
