Fun Monday

The theme for this Fun Monday is the stuff we hang on to that un-enlightened people might, possibly, consider junk. My blogger friend Rayne is hosting this week, and when I saw the theme I went "oh, I know what I'll do" and I joined. That was last week. This week I can't remember what it is that I was going to share. I mean it isn't like I have a shortage of junk...I keep everything. (Yes, I have my son's umbilical cord. Yes, I have another son's penis ring from being circumcised. Yes, I have a problem with keeping everything!).





So I looked around and saw this...
I haven't even written with any of them. I just like to have pens. Lots of pens. Just incase I want to use them. You guessed it...I won't let anyone else use them either.


Then there are these....
I'm a bit of a collector of ducks. If someone is giving away a duck, I can't say no. Really, how many ducks do I need? Not this many. Surely, not the three more Carolyn is bringing me. Surely, not the one Emily's bus driver wants me to take. It's an addiction.


I also have this...

papers. Tons and tons of papers. This is just the recent stuff. Stored away are boxes and boxes of school papers. I can't imagine the kids will really want them all, but they are taking them when they go!

Now that I'm done I remember what I was going to originally divulge about myself. It's tissue paper. Like the kind that people use in presents. I cannot throw the stuff away. At one of my babyshowers, I took all the tissue paper home and ironed it so I could reuse it. That stuff is so expensive I will take it from other parties I am at if they are throwing it away. Am I sick, or what?!
