I will not keep any puppies from the new litter. For any of you who don't think five dogs are too many - YOU ARE WRONG!
I will finish planting this week or I will get rid of these starts. I will no longer let them be a constant guilty reminder of all I have to do.
I will get the pool cleaned and filled this week. It would be nice to use it before summer is over!
I will capture the #@!&#* dog that was just in my yard terrorizing my animals. At first head count it seems he may have gotten four chickens. I have located one pile of feathers (but those could be from one of the two ducks that "disappeared" last week). Hopefully, they are just hiding in the trees. I will get the barned cleaned out (I'm not sure if I have the stomach for it) and I will lock the chickens up. I will try not to be too angry since it is my responsibility to protect my animals (but dogs ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE RUNNING LOOSE!).

Because my mother asked me to, I WILL stop at the store and pick up some wine for her. And me. =)
aww :-( we have neighborhood dogs that run loose too...drives me insane. We've not lost any chickens to them though, only to a bear a few years ago.
Very cool about the basketball, I wish we had something like that here, it looks like a lot of fun ;-D

No this is not a residential center. It is a fabulous building next to the Erie Canal. Seniors visit there for the nutrition program, recreation, programs and some county services. It is currently going through chaos, but we are on it.
Wish I could send you and the kids some strawberries.
It would be worth your while to move them to a sunny spot.
